Pirrotta Maria, and Dr. Calvo Sebastiano (University of Palermo) presented a communication on the \u201c<strong>Construction underwater landscape by using <em>Posidonia oceanica<\/em> transplanting combined with innovative artificial reefs<\/strong>\u201d. The results of the study, partly analyzed in the context of LIFE SEPOSSO, suggest that <em>Posidonia oceanica<\/em> can be successfully implanted even on hard substrates, opening new perspectives for the restoration of damaged grasslands.
